Excellent firms don't believe in excellence - only in constant improvement and constant change. –Tom Peters
NOBL is an organization obsessed with craft and collective impact—so we like to borrow ideas and practices from historical guilds. In those guilds, a codex was a place where the guild codified long-standing traditions and customs specific to being a member in the guild. Our Codex is essentially your employee handbook, outlining our internal policies and our expectations for you.

You are responsible for reading, learning, committing to, and enforcing these practices as a member of our organization. This is your culture.

If it’s your first day at NOBL, hello and welcome! Start with Terms and Conditions, Our Norms, and Your Benefits. Please complete reading the entire Codex by end of your first week (and complete the ask in the acknowledgement page).
All of our people and operations support services can be reached by emailing [email protected]. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to them with any questions or issues you run into while working at NOBL.
The Codex contains essential company policies like your number of vacation days, but it also contains quite a bit on the culture we hope to reflect in our daily interactions with one other. Culture is a shared agreement to behave within a set of boundaries, and we aim to be as explicit as we can be about the definition of those boundaries. To that end, let’s lay out some high-level terms.
