When we elevate our work to a craft, the work becomes particularly demanding. This requires all of us to be at our healthiest (in body and mind), which is a shared responsibility between NOBL and its employees. NOBL, the company, owes you a relatively harmonious workplace, a healthy amount of time away from it, and a workload that doesn’t routinely spill into your personal hours. Your responsibility is to maintain healthy relationships at work, work productively, set and enforce work life boundaries, and use the time afforded to you outside the company well.

This page covers all of your benefits in plain, simple language so that you can make the most of them. Please send any questions to [email protected].

Paid Time Off

Employees at NOBL are entitled to three weeks (15 days) of paid time off per calendar year. This PTO allowance will accrue gradually throughout the year at the rate of 0.625 days per pay period and can be used for vacation, personal time, or other reasons at the discretion of the employee. Up to 5 days of vacation time can be rolled over into the new year. Vacation accruals cap when an employee has 20 days of accrued but unused vacation. If you have a vacation planned but do not have enough time off accrued, you can borrow against up to 10 days of unaccrued vacation with the understanding that we may deduct those days from your final check if you terminate your employment.

We are committed to ensuring that all Bells take at least 2 weeks of vacation each calendar year and we prefer that you plan ahead and schedule time off that supports your needs. We encourage you to plan at least 60 days in advance and work with your Account Lead to determine a schedule that supports both your needs and our clients. Be sure to submit a Time-off Request via Gusto.

Paid Sick Leave

When you are sick (this might be physiological or psychological), please don’t work. As soon as you’re not feeling great, let your Account Lead and the team members on your specific tracks know. We’ll want to make sure all open threads are being handled. If your sickness lasts more than a day, please continue to be in touch with updates.
